Founder of Minim Homes LLC, who commissioned the original Minim House, worked closely on the design with Foundry Architects, and assisted in construction. He was a cofounder of Boneyard Studios, the first micro house showcase in the U.S.  He has worked at the U.S. Department of Energy, the DC Sustainable Energy Utility, and currently is a Vice President at PEAR, which specializes in finance of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.  Brian has a Bachelor’s in political science from Carleton College and a Masters in public policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School. Brian has been a proud resident of Washington DC for 12 years.
